Log On and Read Up
As a young mother of twin three-year-old boys, I often find myself in need of parenting advice. My children are the first grandchildren in our family, and I often find that my parenting philosophy clashes with that of the previous generation’s. We recently moved to a new city due to a job transfer, so I’m no longer surrounded by the comfort of my church friends and neighbors. I’ve had to establish a relationship with a new pediatrician as well. Luckily, I’ve been able to read through an amazing variety of online articles. I’ve found information on a variety of topics - everything from getting my kids to try new foods to potty training tips - and I’ve even been able to locate playgroups in our new city!
