Choosing A Caterer
I am interested in hiring a caterer for my wedding reception, but I really don’t know which caterer to choose. I have seen so many options for food catering services in the phone book, and I have to find some way to decide. I am thinking I will ask for sample menus and prices from them all and see which has the options that best suit my needs, hopefully at an affordable price. I will also want to check references to see what past customers have to say, I wouldn’t want to get stuck with someone unreliable, or someone whose food isn’t very good.
