He Hasn’t Paid Child Support
My husband hasn’t paid a single dime of child support since he left me a year ago. I have asked for help several times with things such as buying diapers, getting new clothes for the kids, or paying for things they need for school. He always promises to send me a check, but it never materializes. I have about had it. Maybe I need a lawyer who works in family law cape coral. They are his children, and he has a legal as well as a moral obligation to help pay for their needs. If he won’t do it on his own, someone will have to make him.
