Owning a stock is easy but do we know how easy it is to earn from such? How does the stock market work? For those who have a knack in finance of course, know how the stock market works alongside the earning and losing capacity of a certain investment. But for other who have a little or no knowledge at all about all these have a hard time to grasp on the idea.
Stocks are being bought and sold in the stock market. Usually there is a person who connects the buyers to the sellers, called trader. This person is responsible for the happenings of the stock that an investor bought from a certain corporation. Many may think, how can a trader earn income? The answer is through commissions that are appropriated to them by the corporation where they have sold stocks from.
