Why the New Foods?

Unfortunately, those in the food industry are not walking out into their yards each day and discovering new types of potato or new varieties of green beans. So, how do these food processors and restaurant owners come up with new types of foods to keep people interested? These food providers are finding increasingly new ways to make food exciting. Adding new ingredients is key. These people don’t stop at placing cheese inside pizza crusts or serving burgers on doughnuts instead of buns. They go as far as serving sandwiches in which slabs of fried chicken replace slices of bread. In the food plant engineering industry, we love these exciting foods. Keep it up!
