A Travel Nurse Sees The Country
It just made sense that as a young nurse with no real commitments that I should consider looking into becoming a travel nurse. I had researched several different agencies that offer term contracts for nurses to travel and live in a location for a certain time period. I was offered 10 month contracts that included housing and a per diem. A lot of my nursing school friends were considering this as an option because we would travel and gain tons of experience. When I was ready to settle down in one location I would have a varied background that would show how adaptable I could be.
