Developing a Diabetic Diet Plan
When my brother in law was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes the doctor said that he wanted to give him time to control his diabetes with diet and lifestyle changes. My sister-in-law was overwhelmed with the changes they were going to have to make with his diet. His doctor scheduled an appointment for them to meet with a dietitian to go over what the diet changes would be. My sister-in-law went on line and looked for free diabetic diet plan and she found lots. She was able to do a lot of reading and research on line before they met with the dietitian so she had all her questions answered.
