Key Area Stretching Exercise to Grow Taller

Areas to target in order to stretch out taller are the back, abdomen and legs. Stronger muscles in the abdomen help support the spine better and make it straight. Here is a grow taller stretching exercise that works the key areas. Sit down on the floor with legs straight in front of you. Hold under the calves with your hands as further down as possible. Bend forward as much as you can and you should feel a bit of pain in the calves. Hold for a couple of seconds and let go. Repeat it 3 more times, each time trying to go as far down as possible.
