There have been a lot of celebrities lately coming out and stating that they have had help in losing weight. Some of these celebrities I thought did not need help in losing weight but I am sure that any weight you lose if you are a little overweight would be a healthy decision. Some of the drastic weight loss changes have been terrific in some celebrities that needed a major overhaul. I have looked into these same procedures such as gastric banding in Ontario and I am excited that this procedure is making such a public debut and hopefully making it safe for other non-celebrity types to try it.
