The reason that losing stomach fat on a diet isn’t permanent
Have you been on a diet lately? Experienced some of the new fad diets that restrict what we eat so that we have accelerated weight loss? They all work quite well, how ever if you’ve been losing stomach fat on one of these crash diets you might be in for a surprise when you realize just how hard it is to stay thin after you initially lose the fat.
Why is it tough to keep weight off even after we lose it on a diet? There are a couple of reasons, the first is Because we cannot stick to the diet for ever eventually we want to eat real food again. How ever if we go right back to our old bad habits, we’re likely going to gain weight back. The second is that the diet taught us how to lose belly fat fast, but not how to keep it off. Without education in eating right, and exercising many of us are doomed to yo yo from diet to weight gain, back to diet again.
