To Take Diet Pills or Not to Take Them

Ever since I was in my twenties, I have been like a yo-yo when it comes to weight loss.  I gain, then I lose, then I gain again.  I have heard that is it not healthy for your heart (or the rest of your organs) to yo-yo diet, so I decided to find something and stick to it.  Some people choose to take diet pills, but I am particular about such things.  I have been looking at some all natural pills that contain nothing in them to make me feel nervous, but claim to help with weight loss.  A few years ago, my doctor tried to prescribed diet medications for me, but I refused.  I am glad now since many of those drugs have since been pulled from the market.  I think the only pill I will take is one with the super foods in it.
