When I first decided to try to get healthier I went the very traditional sort of way. I read all the diet books and joined a gym complete with a paid weight trainer. For almost two years I did everything the pro’s said I should and did not seem all that much healthier. Finally I found a unique way to Lose Weight Fast and get or stay healthy at the same time. I just stared hiking. First I went on hiking tours then I discovered that there were hiking trails in or near most parks. Now I hike for health and do it for free.
