Use Pillows To Relieve Lower Back Pain In Early Pregnancy

Pillows can be a big help.  When you sit, try to put a pillow behind your lower back to relieve the Lower back pain in early pregnancy.  It is also good to sleep with pillows placed between your knees, when you sleep on your side.  When you sleep on your back,  place pillows under the knees.  This can help in alleviating the pressure from your lower back.  It can even stop the pain before it begins.  Obtain a good mattress.  A good mattress is appropriate for a pregnant women. It can generally take away the pressure from your hips and back.
