Working out can be tough
There is one thing I do not enjoy too much ,and that is a tough workout. It has to feel good and be shared with someone in order for me to respond to the workout. If it is an extremely tough workout I will absolutely fail at it. There has got to be an easier way to staying in shape. Tough, to me, is when it hurts really bad and you just cannot go on anymore. This is sometimes called working out to failure. I guess it has its place in the sport. Working out at home has its ups and downs.
