Reading Birthday Sayings
I never spend much time reading the birthday sayings in the greeting cards that are given to me on my birthday. My husband thought that was pretty ridiculous because people spend time choosing the right ones for me. So for my 30th birthday, my husband and I sat together and read all the birthday cards that I had been given that year, as well as the ones I had saved for previous years. I was so surprised at the sentiments in the cards and how they applied to me, that I got a bit choked up. I decided to send thank you cards out for all the nice cards. I am now a big fan of greeting cards.
