Silk duvets – the sleep lovers choice.
There are so many duvets out there to choose from it’s not easy to decide which is the one for you, however we all still need one. I have tried from Goose down to polyester duvets and have been constantly disappointed with the results.
All this has changed. I decided to take the plunge and buy a silk duvet and it’s bliss. Silk duvets are designed to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter, without letting you overheat. They do this partly because of the silk filling and partly because of they way they have been manufactured. Silk strands are layered in a criss cross pattern which achieves a grid of silk. This grid allows some of your body heat to pass through the duvet, and that’s what keeps you at a constant temperature.
Like all great inventions, silk duvets are simple ad effective.
