A smoothie is a refreshing and frosty way to get a few servings of fruit in your diet. Soft fruits blend particularly well when frozen because the frozen fruits act as a thickening agent to naturally make a rich and filling smoothie. The easiest way to make a delicious smoothie is by using your hand blender and mixing it in the same glass you will drink it from. Be sure to use a very tall plastic or metal cup and immerse the blades slowly and move it around as the mixture takes shape. Add more juice or soy milk or water to thin the smoothie as needed.
