Some say equity release is a new concept
Well there are lots of people out there who are of the firm opinion that equity release is per se, a brand new concept. I must say as an equity release expert, that that is total poppycock and deserves to be dismissed out of hand with out so much as a second thought. In fact, equity release is not a new concept, it has been around for donkeys years. I can see why people may not have known all this because the press has only recently started to take equity release seriously and so it needs to because of the equity release news and talk that it is set to double in size.
