Out of Body
I can remember as a young teen after everyone had gone to bed looking at the corner of the room and thinking myself to that corner. Was this an astral projection? It did not happen every time I tried it and it did not always feel the same but there were times when I knew I was in that corner looking down a me in bed. Some years later when I tried to discuss this with an adult I was told that it was a very dangerous practice. He told me that sometimes people who did that would be trapped out of their body and not allowed to return.
