Do You Know The Whistleblower Law?
Ignorance of the law is no excuse, right. It’s already a cliche. We always say that in the office, being an HR practicioner. Employees would sometimes reason out that they do not know the policies or the company’s code of discipline. Well, its the same for the government laws, I did not know about Whistleblower Law until two days ago. Good thing I was able to read up on it. Now, I know all about it. The law protects the people. Like the whistleblower act, a whistleblower reports any unlawful activity. So it’s good we have that.
