I’ve Changed My Plan
After trying for 6 months to renovate the house I bought to sell, I’ve decided that there’s no way I can do it all by myself anymore. If I don’t hire someone to work on the house throughout the week, then I’ll spend a year or more fixing up each individual house! I’ll never make a profit Flipping Real Estate like that. I don’t know how I want to do it though. I’ve been thinking about either hiring a contractor to do certain projects, like re-tiling the floor, or a general handyman to work part-time in the house during the week. I might do both.
