Safe Vertical Jump
One of the things that I have been trying to concentrate on in my work out routines are my jumps. I know that it adds instant acceleration to my heart rate and most of the participants in the class are in great shape so I really want to have the entire class work on the Vertical Jump. I need to get some help on what I can do to coach them correctly on this and make sure that I keep them safe while adding a lot of momentum and giving them a great workout with increase speed and stamina and a fun routine.
