Firmware 2.2 updates
There are many new features being implemented into the Firmware 2.2 for the iPhone. Among those, is Google Streetview which lets users see a 360 degree panoramic of an area from google maps but from the ground perspective. Other useful features will include public transit schedules from Google, walking directions, and even a great location sharing function that lets you keep in touch with friends. iPhone News reports that the current date of release is still TBA.
