The Future of Call Centers is Here

I am not saying that we need to eliminate jobs.  I am saying that using a voice recognition system makes a whole lot of sense for a lot of businesses.  When a computer can answer a call, and direct it with ease there is something very useful.  You will always have real people on the other end of the line to actually deal with the customer.  But just to be able to direct people without the use of your personnel helps a business save time and money.  This also allows the caller to get to the place they need to reach much faster.
