what can I do?
I am the Coordinator of Volunteers for a hospice program, and one thing I can tell you is that it is every bit as important to maintain good relationships with volunteers as it is with customers, if not more important. After all, volunteers provide the program with a service- spending their precious time to do so- with little to no compensation. I would like something to help keep me more organized and help maintain those positive relationships. Would CRM software be a good solution for me? I have heard that CRM software is a good way to improve effectiveness of a business, and think the product usefulness would transfer well to my volunteer program.
